Terms & Conditions

The following document outlines the Terms & Conditions for the REISS website.
Terms Correct as of December 2023

The Reiss website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss under an exclusive licence from Reiss. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss.


These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.


Some promotions are not available when checking out with Apple Pay Express Checkout.



If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use www.reiss.com/sa/en only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. A copy of our Privacy Policy can be found here. An electronic copy of each order is held by us but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.


We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. If you do not want your name and mailing list made available or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call toll-free at 8008500802 (Lines are open: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm GMT and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm GMT) or email us at Saudi@mail.reiss.com.


Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout. All orders will incur a 80 SAR delivery charge. Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.

We deliver using Aramex. Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible. Please note that if you have received any deliveries via Aramex, your parcel will be delivered to the last stored address and not the address on your Reiss account. You can change this by contacting Aramex or using the Aramex App.

You will only pay a 80 SAR delivery charge for each order regardless of how many items you order.

Subject to stock, courier availability and courier area/store location.

You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

Our returns solution is easy to use and free. Just use the returns note inside your parcel and follow the steps below:

  1. Please log onto the Reiss Returns Portal via https://reiss.returnsunlimited.com/en-sa
  2. Follow the stages in the portal to create your return label. You will need your Returns Reference from the dispatch note to complete this.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label which you will need to print.
  4. Attach the returns label that you have printed via the portal to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.
  5. On your returns note select the reason code for the item(s) you are returning.
  6. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can not action a credit/refund without it).
  7. You will need to choose between dropping your parcel off or requesting a collection with the local Aramex office. Your return will be FREE of charge.
  8. Your return reference number (on the right) is your proof of postage. Please make a note of this and keep it safe until you receive confirmation you have been credited.
  9. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.



If you do not return the item within the time specified we may retain the item(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken unless it is faulty.

All items purchased online must be returned following the instruction above. We can not accept returns back through our stores.

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.


You will be responsible for ensuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. In particular please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.


If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order or have a query relating to delivery please call us toll-free at 8008500802. (Lines are open: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm GMT and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm GMT) or by using this form. Telephone calls to and from us may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.


The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping internationally. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time.


All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.


We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, sizes, colours, styles or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Our designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.


Voucher PINs with money or a percentage off:

    1. The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
    2. The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
    3. The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at www.reiss.com/sa/en . A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
    4. The offer can only be used for purchases made online at www.reiss.com/sa/en . It is not valid for telephone transactions or in-store purchases. Redemption of the offer involves registering at www.reiss.com/sa/en.
    5. If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
    6. The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
    7. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
    8. Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.
    9. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.


We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.


The seller of the goods featured is Next Retail Limited, who are supplied by Reiss Ltd. Next Retail Limited, registered in England and Wales 4521150, Registered Office Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT, UK. Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activity in the UK. Vat Registration Number IE 99735220. We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.


These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
