Our product design strategy has always been to create timeless wardrobes with considered, versatile pieces that will be enjoyed and worn for many years to come, rather than following one season trends. We recognise the increasing challenges facing our industry, and the need for greater individual and collective action. We are therefore expanding our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy in line with global goals and industry good practice. We also work collaboratively with other organisations to address industry wide environmental and social risks. We have integrated our existing sustainability targets into a broader set of ESG commitments supported by a robust internal governance structure and a commitment to greater transparency about our work in this area. In this interim update we set out our high level ESG commitments within the new framework, with an indication of key partners and relevant certifications. A more detailed communication including targets and a full set of policies is currently under development and will be published in 2024 along with an update on our progress to date.Christos Angelides, CEO.
