Her experiences led her to create supportive, quality women’s workout wear that didn’t compromise on style or jeopardize the environment. She imagined a brand built on an authentic love of athleisure that was rooted in sustainability, and The Upside was born.
The brand’s first collection was curated in Hawaii, characterised by light-hearted prints and cropped shapes, inspired by Jodhi’s affinity for the wellness space. Their offering soon evolved to include accessories such as bags and hair ties.
The Upside used their fast-accelerating popularity to propel their planet-first agenda. Each delivery is packaged in recycled or biodegradable materials and, where possible, they opt for recycled yarns and organic cottons in manufacturing.
To this day, the brand donates a portion of each sale to the Cambodian Children’s Trust – a non-profit organisation committed to supporting and protecting vulnerable families.
